We engaged TrainSmart after interviewing several companies offering customer service training. TrainSMART’s Train-the-Trainer training workshop has generated a high level of excitement and engagement from the Ascend Performance Materials unit trainer group. We had a lot of energy going into the training workshop and that made the learnings more interesting. The instructor was able to connect with all the participants and engage them in the relevant material.
