Supported The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society Technology Rollout

United States- August, 2013- TrainSmart Inc. designed, assisted with, and facilitated rollout training and training assistance for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (http://www.lls.org/), a voluntary health agency dedicated to blood cancer.

Looking for rollout training for their more than 50 chapters, The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society chose TrainSmart Inc. to take charge. The project began by partnering with employee trainers and technicians to review the current training and support materials, and determine the gaps to best create effective job aids (to be printed and made available via PDF format).

From there, TrainSmart designed, developed, facilitated, and assisted in the installation of new equipment and software for the 50 chapters located across the United States (TrainSmart has been focusing on the East and Midwest). Two man teams working closely with TrainSmart assisted the updating of two locations per week, per location.

In the updating process, TrainSmart provided the installation and setup of the new hardware; take down of old hardware, along with individualized instruction and coaching of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society volunteers and employees.

The successful implementation began mid-August and is currently in full swing.
