Encore Global’s HR Business Partners and Union Ambassadors are regularly called on to deliver training classes and semi-executive presentations. While they had deep subject matter expertise, many participants wanted to improve their confidence, presentation delivery, and ability to handle challenging audience dynamics. The leadership team sought a one-day train-the-trainer workshop that would strengthen communication skills, sharpen persuasion techniques, and provide structured opportunities for practice and feedback.

Solution

Encore Global partnered with TrainSMART to design a tailored, highly interactive Presenting with Confidence workshop held onsite in Schiller Park, IL.

Key elements of the program included:

  • Personalized content practice: Each participant used material they were already familiar with to apply new techniques in a meaningful way.
  • Expert-led kickoff: TrainSMART’s master facilitator, Kirsten, opened the session with an hour of actionable tips, reminders, and best practices.
