This dynamic, three-hour session was part of a two-day kickoff to help a newly formed team get to know each other. The session focused on using DISC assessment findings to improve communication, collaboration, and team productivity.

Facilitator Reflection

While the team remained respectful, engagement levels varied. Six scheduled participants did not attend, and several left intermittently to manage urgent work issues. A planned team-building activity was cut due to time constraints—a missed opportunity for team cohesion. When it came time for evaluations, no one had a pen! 😊
