Using a topic of your choice, you will learn how to create a training plan that moves simply from one topic to the next, understand the development process and how to incorporate activities that increase participation and understanding, manage classroom challenges, and utilize facilitation skills that make learning both educational and fun!

The final day will culminate in a recorded practice session with feedback and coaching from the participants and the facilitator.

Question: How many days is TrainSMART’s Train-the-Trainer Course?

Answer: TrainSmart’s Internationally Certified Train the Trainer workshop is a three day workshop filled with current tips and techniques, best practices and hours of practice.

Question: What does the workshop include?

Answer: Following the workshop, each participant is able to submit a recording of their training, and then experience a one on one virtual facilitated feedback session.

Question: What is the 3rd day of training like?

Answer: On Day 3, you will facilitate a 10 to 15 minute “training session” on a topic of your choice.  This event is peer reviewed and video recorded.  Your goal for this session is to simulate as real a training experience as possible.  To help you achieve this, please review the attached Train-the-Trainer Pre-work document then send me a high level outline of your topic, along with an example of an activity you’d like to include at least five days prior to the course.  If you are able to do this, I will send you feedback and suggestions before the start of the course.  You may bring any additional materials and aids that will help with your session.  A laptop and projector are available for PPT.

Question: How much does the 3-Day Train-the-Trainer Course Cost?

Answer: $1995.00

Question: When we complete the three day training, what certification would we be awarded?  I do see the IBCT fee is included in the cost, so would it be the IBCT Associate Trainer Certificate or the IBCT Professional Trainer Certificate?

Question: Does TrainSMART Offer On-Site Train-the-Trainer Options?
