Looking to become a better trainer? TrainSmart is offering our 3-Day Train-the-Trainer workshop for new trainers and seasoned training professionals who want to become better at their craft.
Whether you are new to training and have recently been given training responsibilities or are looking for ways to improve your current training skills, this train-the-trainer workshop is for you! Learn essential skills to transfer knowledge in a way that is effective, engaging, and educational.
We’ve all been to training sessions that are dull, boring and lecture oriented. While the trainer may know the topic, they may not know how to deliver information. Make sure you are not one of those trainers! This fun, interactive workshop will provide you with the platform skills and the confidence you need to design, develop and deliver dynamic training that sticks!
Topics include: Understanding and Engaging the Adult Learner, Basics of Design and Development, Essential Delivery Skills, Activities that Enhance Learning, Classroom Management, and Virtual Training Techniques.
Using a topic of your choice, you will learn how to create a training plan that moves simply from one topic to the next, understand the development process and how to incorporate activities that increase participation and understanding, manage classroom challenges, and utilize facilitation skills that make learning both educational and fun!
The final day will culminate in a recorded practice session with feedback and coaching from the participants and the facilitator.
