3-Day Train-the-Trainer Course with International Certification included in Los Angeles, CA
Looking to become better at training people in a training setting?
TrainSmart is offering open enrollment 3-Day Train-the-Trainer workshops for new trainers and seasoned training professionals who want to become better at their craft.
Whether you are new to training and have recently been given training responsibilities or are looking for ways to improve your current training skills, this corporate train-the-trainer workshop is for you!
You will learn essential skills to transfer knowledge in a way that is effective, engaging, and educational.
We’ve all been to training sessions that are dull, boring and lecture-oriented. While the trainer may know the topic, they may not know how to deliver information.
Make sure you are not one of those trainers! This fun, interactive workshop will provide you with the training platform skills and the confidence you need to design, develop and deliver dynamic training that sticks with your participants!
Topics for TrainSMART’s 3-day Train-the-Trainer Workshop include Understanding and Engaging the Adult Learner, Basics of Design and Development, Essential Training Delivery Skills, Activities that Enhance Learning, Classroom Management, and Virtual Training Techniques.
Using a topic of your choice, you will learn how to create a training plan that moves simply from one topic to the next, understand the development process and how to incorporate activities that increase participation and understanding, manage classroom challenges, and utilize facilitation skills that make learning both educational and fun!
The final day will culminate in a recorded practice session with feedback and coaching from the participants and the facilitator.
Why Choose TrainSMART’s Train-the-Trainer Course?
Train-the-Trainer Training Is Our Core Competency
Training Trainers and Subject Matter Experts is one of our main competencies which means that your training is facilitated by a highly experienced and educated trainer and instructional designer.
The fact that our trainer knows how to design and development workshops as well as teach and work with learners how to train.
Our trainers stay current with training trends and incorporate into the learning.
Certified By International Board of Certified Trainers
This is the gold standard.
TrainSMART must incorporate competencies that the International Board of Certified Trainers requires.
Every three years, TrainSMART’s Train-the-Trainer program has to be re-certified and include latest trends, disciplines, and practices.
TrainSmart’s Train-the-Trainer is NOT SELF-Certified like our competition.
You’ll Receive An International Trainer Certification
What this means to you is this places you in a league above most.
Global companies want an international certification over a certificate or certification that is given by a training company based on their own ideas.
Many organizations leverage and market their Subject Matter Experts as internationally certified – setting them above their competition.
Global organizations want an international certification for the consistency across their various regions.
