Can TrainSMART deliver this workshop onsite?
Yes. TrainSMART offers customized onsite Train-the-Trainer workshops throughout Washington and nationwide.
What is the cancellation policy for the Train-the-Trainer workshop?
Workshop registration is only confirmed when full payment has been received from a participant.
If sufficient confirmed registrations are not received two weeks before the scheduled start date, the workshop may be canceled.
In the unlikely event that the workshop is canceled, all confirmed participants will be notified immediately and receive a full refund.
If a participant chooses to cancel their confirmed registration, or cannot or does not attend the workshop, the participant can apply the registration fee, less the $100 re-processing fee, to a future workshop that is taken one year from the original workshop date. Full cancellation must be made within 21 business days after the first day of the workshop.
