Is this workshop interactive or lecture-based?

This workshop is highly interactive. Participants are actively engaged for approximately 70% of the day through discussions, activities, breakout sessions, and practice labs. This is not a lecture or one-way webinar.

Will I practice delivering training?

Yes. Participants deliver short training segments during the workshop and receive live feedback from the facilitator and peers. This hands-on practice is a core part of the experience.

Is this workshop suitable for new trainers?

Absolutely. This workshop is an excellent jump start for new or “accidental” trainers who want to build confidence, learn a proven structure, and gain practical tools they can continue using as they grow in their training role.

Do I need prior training or facilitation experience?

No prior experience is required. The workshop is designed to create a psychologically safe learning environment where participants can practice, ask questions, and build skills without pressure or judgment.

Is the session recorded?

Only the practice delivery segments are recorded. Each participant receives a copy of their own recorded delivery so they can self-critique and continue improving after the workshop. The full session is not recorded to maintain a safe and interactive learning environment.

What if I can’t attend after registering?

You may reschedule your registration for up to one year from your original workshop date. This flexibility ensures you don’t lose your investment if plans change.

Do I receive a certificate?

Yes. All participants receive a Certificate of Completion at the conclusion of the workshop.

What is the difference between the 1-Day and 3-Day Train-the-Trainer programs?

The 1-Day Train-the-Trainer focuses on essential facilitation skills you can use immediately, including confidence, engagement, and delivery structure.

The 3-Day Train-the-Trainer includes everything in the 1-day workshop plus deeper instructional design, extended practice labs, advanced facilitation techniques, and coaching for professionals who will design and lead training on an ongoing basis.
