TrainSMART’s Influence Without Authority Training workshop addresses business situations such as team interactions and the necessity to enlist others. This course will provide language, tactics, tools, and models to influence outcomes without direct power.
Influence Without Authority will also allow participants to apply to learn to a supplied case or their own situation.
Many people need to influence and enlist others in situations where they don’t have direct authority in the organization or over the people whose help they seek. This may include the necessity of obtaining information or materials from people in the organization who do not report to you and may not be in sync with your schedule or needs.
