At the time that this company reached out to TrainSmart with interest in the Train-the-Trainer Program, a group of managers responsible for developing and training their individual teams (responsible for digital sales) needed help organizing training to better assess the needs of their clients and help to build client relationships.

The tailored Train-the-Trainer workshop taught managers how to coach for success, and design and facilitate training. It also focused on the individual team’s needs in organization and needs assessments.
