Situation:

This prominent safety testing and organization company had a initiative to train their “Knowledge Workers”/ SME’s on how to design, develop and train on their particular areas of expertise.

The Training Process:

TrainSmart created a Train-the-Trainer to capture the intellectual capital of their workforce so that it was not lost due to retirement, death, resignation for another company; reduce the amount of revenue paid to third party vendors providing these services, while empowering their knowledge workers to grow professionally.

The Results:

To date, approximately 1,000 SMEs have been certified in the train-the-trainer program.

Approximately, 40% of the SMEs are producing most of their own training materials and that percentage is increasing.
