Situation:

This prominent public safety testing and organization company had the initiative to train their “Knowledge Workers”/ Subject Matter Experts on how to design, develop and train in their particular areas of expertise.

The Training Process:

TrainSmart designed, developed, and delivered a Train-the-Trainer Program to capture the intellectual capital of their workforce so that it was not lost due to retirement, death, or resignation for another company; reduce the amount of revenue paid to third-party vendors providing these services while empowering their knowledge workers to grow professionally.

The Results:

To date, approximately 1,000 SMEs have been certified in the train-the-trainer program.

Approximately, 40% of SMEs are producing most of their own training materials and that percentage is increasing.
