Please describe your approach to product knowledge training respect to both design and development? What are the key steps in the process?

First we conduct a training analysis to validate the learning outcomes and the client’s audience and tolerance for delivery methods. A recommendation report and often a strategic training plan is submitted.

Do you develop product knowledge training content? What types of materials do you create?

Yes! We develop case studies, interactive job aids, FAQs, Podcasts, Apps, Videos, eLearning, instructor-led and virtual-led and often a coaching plan.

Please describe your content development process?

Confirm Learning Objectives and Outline. Sometimes move to storyboard with full scripting, when applicable. Template creation. Proof of concept. Test within the client system. Project plan and milestones approved and use of various collaboration tools for review and collaboration are used.

How do you integrate your product learning materials into a clients’s LMS?  Can you explain the technical specifications?

We develop SCORM and other compliant e-modules that meet the client’s specs.
