Problem:

Our Life Sciences Client has a medical device/pharmaceutical with the FDA for approval. There are similar products on the market, but not products that have the benefits of our client’s product. Being that there is a small market of products, our life sciences client needs to hire and train numerous sales reps to sell this new product.

One of the key and revolutionary materials in their product is NASHA. The course provides a foundational understanding of NASHA and covers the power of NASHA (Non-Animal Stabilized Hyaluronic Acid). NASHA is a key component of our client’s products.

It is a well-known technology in aesthetic markets as a dermal filler that is proven to be safe and effective. NASHA has been used in over 40 million treatments globally across all approved indications. This course covers the following:

  • Properties and characteristics of hyaluronic acid
  • NASHA overview
  • What is NASHA?
  • How to make NASHA outside the body
  • Properties of gels
  • Making NASHA flow
  • NASHA review

Activity:

TrainSmart reviewed all applicable documentation and interviewed the SMEs to develop the learning outcomes and determine the course outline. TrainSmart then designed a custom eLearning course and developed it into an eLearning (Rise course).

TrainSmart also developed a set of test questions that are related to the content and will be used in the LMS.

Outcome:

TrainSmart developed a custom Rise course for this topic and provided it to Life Sciences Client.
