TrainSMART was hired to initially perform a needs assessment for our Dallas, TX event services client to determine which training and job aids would be required for all departments affected by the roll-out of the software system Freeman Pay.
Freeman Pay is a set of online tools that securely captures and manages customer payment. Freeman employee is required to use Freeman Pay to capture and manage customer payments. Moving to this system is a significant change to the current process.
