TrainSMART was hired to initially perform a needs assessment for our Dallas, TX event services client to determine which training and job aids would be required for all departments affected by the roll-out of the software system Freeman Pay.
Freeman Pay is a set of online tools that securely captures and manages customer payments. Freeman employee is required to use Freeman Pay to capture and manage customer payments. Moving to this system is a significant change to the current process.
The training was designed, developed, and rolled out in 2 Phases:
Instructor-led training was designed to support the pilots. This material includes PPTs, participant guides, and job aids. These files can be found under the different field test folders on Teamwork.
TrainSMART developed templates for job aids and custom eLearning courses. All instructor-led training materials from Phase I were incorporated and repurposed for Phase II.
