The client needed harassment prevention training and wanted to ensure that the effectiveness of their hiring process.
TrainSmart conducted annual harassment training for our client. We also coached the client on how to improve their selection and improve onboarding processes. Three components of the improved process include provisioning the following Profiles International products: Step One Survey (SOSII) profiles, ClearStar for Background Checks, and Skill Tests.
